The LOCKTON 190 Series is a commercial cam-action slide-arm door closer available in separate PULL (B-Type) and PUSH (G-Type) configurations. It is adjustable through door sizes 2-4 and is designed for smooth opening, controlled closing and a clean low-profile installation.
Which 190 Series closer do I need?
The PULL and PUSH versions have the same adjustable power range. The difference is where the closer body is mounted.

Quick rule
If the closer body is fitted to the side of the door you pull towards you, choose B-Type PULL. If it is fitted to the side you push away from you, choose G-Type PUSH.

What is supplied with the closer?
The standard package includes the closer body, slide-arm channel assembly, fixing hardware for timber and metal applications, 5 mm hex key, end caps, arm fixing/assembly hardware, installation instructions and fitting template.
Frequently asked questions
Is the PULL closer stronger than the PUSH closer?
No. Both versions cover the same adjustable size 2-4 range. PULL and PUSH describe the mounting geometry, not a different power rating.
Can it be fitted to either a left- or right-hand door?
Yes. The 190 Series is suitable for left- and right-opening doors. The important choice is whether the mounting arrangement requires the B-Type PULL or G-Type PUSH version.
Can I add hold-open?
Yes, the compatible mechanical hold-open insert is Art. ID SGDC190/195-HOU. For fire or smoke doors, confirm that hold-open is permitted for the particular door assembly before fitting it.
