28 mm hook bolt for narrow-stile commercial doors
The Lenlok C-702 hook throw mortice lock is a narrow-stile lock for suitable aluminium doors, commonly used on shopfront and commercial entries. It is available as a body only or with double-cylinder, internal-turn or escape-lever configurations.

Where this model is used
The hook-throw version is intended for suitable sliding aluminium-stile doors where a hook bolt must engage into a compatible strike. Lenlok’s technical library identifies the current hook bolt as 28 mm.
Non-lever configurations are designed to retrofit other brands of narrow-stile mortice locks, but a nominal match is not enough on its own. Abetta checks the existing cut-out, faceplate, cylinder position, door thickness, strike and frame clearances before confirming compatibility.

591 strike box for hook-bolt applications
The hook-throw model requires the compatible strike arrangement. Lenlok states that the striker box is not included as standard and must be ordered separately. The manufacturer’s 591 strike-box drawing shows a 146 mm overall faceplate, 25.2 mm faceplate width, 20.5 mm body width, a 114 mm fixing-hole span and a 64.8 mm opening length. Door and frame preparation must be confirmed on site.

Replacement and installation checks
For an initial match, send clear photographs of the door edge, the lock faceplate, both faces of the door, the strike and any markings on the old lock. Include the extended-bolt measurement and the cylinder-centre measurement if possible. A worn lock may also be affected by door alignment, frame movement or a damaged strike, so the complete opening should be assessed.
